Advance Year Reservations

When you make an Advance-Year Reservation, you will be sent an Advance-Year Reservation Request Agreement. Within 10 days of making the reservation, we ask that you return that Agreement along with a deposit equal to 10% per week of the 2009 weekly rental rate as printed in the 2009 Rental Brochure (minimum $200) to hold your selected week at your favorite cottage until next year.

Please be respectful of others who may want to stay in the same cottage that you've reserved - only make Advance-Year Reservations you intend to keep. When you make an Advance-Year Reservation, we will send a Vacation Rental Agreement to you in November 2009, which will reflect the 2010 rental rate. If the rental rate increases by 10% or more, the reservation may be cancelled without penalty upon written or faxed notification to Outer Beaches Realty by December 15, 2009, or within 10 days of receipt of the 2010 Vacation Rental Agreement reflecting the new rate, whichever is later.

Simply sign a copy of this lease agreement and return it to us by December 15, 2009 with the requested payment to confirm your reservation. If we do not receive your payment by December 15, 2009, your reservationwill be cancelled and your 10% deposit forfeited if that rental period is not re-rented for the full amount. If the house is re-rented for that week, your deposit will be refunded less a $200 Cancellation Fee. This is a firm deadline.

Please note that Advance-Year Reservations are subject to the Homeowner making the cottage available for your specific time period. As a SPECIAL BONUS, you will also be offered the first opportunity to reserve the same cottage for the same time period for 2011 until December 15, 2009. A separate form will accompany your 2010 Vacation Rental Agreement, sent to you in November 2009. If you are interested in taking advantage of this offer, we ask that you return this form to us with your 2010 Vacation Rental Agreement.
