We want to help you have the most pleasant stay possible. To fully enjoy your stay, consider utilizing our concierge service to help locate events and activities that are uniquely "Outer Banks". Don't hesitate to contact Guest Services/Reservations with any odd or unusual questions - we are here to serve you and will do whatever we can to ensure you have a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Mail and Messages

All mail and messages will be held at the front desk of the appropriate office. If you are having mail sent to you, be sure to tell the sender to include your cottage name and number on the envelope. All mail sent via U.S. Postal Service must be sent to P.O. Box 280, Avon, NC 27915. We will have all mail sent to the Waves or Hatteras Village offices for cottages in those areas. It is your responsibility to check for any correspondence. Emergency messages will be delivered to your cottage as soon as possible. For UPS and Fed-Ex deliveries to our Avon, Hatteras, or Waves offices, the address should read:

Fax Service
