Our goal is to help you select the perfect cottage for your needs. The OBR Guest Services/Reservation staff is familiar with the details of each of our cottages and can assist you with specific questions such as: "Which bedrooms have private baths? What's the view like? Can everyone sit at the dining room table together? What activities are available near a particular home?" Call us at 1-800-627-1850 and we'll give you the answers!

You have multiple ways of searching properties:

By Village Name (Hatteras, Avon, etc.)
By Specific Location (Oceanfront, Soundfront, etc.)
By Property Name or Property Number
By Amenity (Pet Friendly, Non-Smoking, etc.)
Homes that are available for a Specific Time Period
Homes that are offering Special Rates and Discounts

From each search method, you can view rates, descriptions, photographs and more for each available home. Many of our homes also offer online Virtual Tours to give you panoramic vistas of the scenery from decks, as well as interior views of the home such as the great room, master bedroom, etc. Detailed architectural floor plans are also available on many of our homes to assist you with your vacation planning before you arrive.

On each Property Detail page there will be a listing of available rental dates. Click "Book It" on your desired week and you will be taken to the Reservation Request Form. It is imperative that you provide all information requested, especially telephone numbers and email addresses, so that we can contact you.

Remember, an Internet Reservation is not confirmed until you have spoken with a Guest Services Representative of Outer Beaches Realty. Guest Services will call you within 24 hours to confirm your online Reservation Request. If we are not able to contact you within that time period, your reservation request will be cancelled.

Step 2

An OBR Guest Services Representative will send you a Vacation Rental Agreement via e-mail, fax or postal service. Receipt of your first installment with your signed rental agreement confirms your reservation. For your convenience, we accept personal checks via electronic funds transfer & credit cards, with NO additional fees. You may send your payment and/or Vacation Rental Agreement to:

Step 3

Please be sure that we receive your VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT within 10 days of your initial reservation date.

Step 4

We'll send you a reservation confirmation receipt showing your final balance. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Don't forget to mark it on your calendar! Reservations made less than 30 days in advance may use "check by phone" for personal checks or send full payment by money order, certified check, credit card or cashier's check within 48 hours (i.e. overnight or second day air via UPS, Federal Express, or Express Mail), to confirm your reservation. Personal checks by mail will not be accepted within 30 days of your arrival date. Reservations are automatically cancelled if payment & signed Vacation Rental Agreement aren't received within the required time period, so don't delay!
