• Outer Beaches Realty has three branch offices (located in Waves, Avon and Hatteras) to better accommodate our guests and homeowners.
• Outer Beaches Realty has an in-house marketing department that produces an annual 200-page rental brochure that gets mailed to approximately 100,000 potential guests each year.
• Outer Beaches Realty has a comprehensive website, OuterBeaches.com, that allows potential guests to do online rental availability searches and to book their vacation cottage online if they choose to do so.
• Outer Beaches Realty was purchased by Alex and Patty Risser in 1986. When they purchased the business, there were only 106 rental cottages in the rental program. Today, there are almost 550 cottages in the program.
• Outer Beaches Realty has a partnership with REAL Kiteboarding, which is a company on Hatteras Island that teaches kiteboarding seminars. They refer several of their clients to Outer Beaches Realty each year in search of their vacation rentals.
• Outer Beaches Realty has a commercial laundry facility to manage the cleaning of sheets, towels and other household linens.
• Outer Beaches Realty has its own Sales Department to help you with your property sales and/or purchases.
